Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing the next layer.
- Mint Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- Mint Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix, milk, and peppermint extract until thick. Add food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top the Dessert: Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with sprinkles, chocolate chips, or cherries.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Slice with a warm knife and serve.
