Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
Canned Goods:

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (do not drain)

1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix

Instructions

Brown Meat: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain if needed.

Add Seasonings: Stir in taco and ranch seasoning. Cook 1–2 minutes to toast spices.

Add Canned Ingredients: Mix in beans, corn, and Rotel (with juices).

Add Broth: Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20–25 minutes.
