- 1 cup packed brown sugar

Wet Ingredients:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional Chocolate Coating:
- 12 oz semisweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or neutral oil
Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add to dry mix and stir until cohesive.
- Chill Dough: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll Balls: Scoop and roll dough into 1-inch balls; place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- (Optional) Dip in Chocolate: Melt chocolate and oil in microwave, stir smooth. Dip each ball and place back on the sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt or extra pecans.
- Set & Store: Let chocolate set, then store in airtight container in the fridge. Serve slightly chilled.
