Base Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- 3–5 dashes hot sauce (to taste)
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne or chipotle powder
- Pinch of Freddy’s-style burger seasoning (or black pepper + sugar)
Instructions
- Mix the Base
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth. - Add Flavor Layers
Stir in dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, and hot sauce. - Whisk Thoroughly
Continue whisking until the sauce is fully emulsified and smooth. - Taste & Adjust
Taste and adjust heat, tang, or sweetness as desired. - Optional Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to let flavors meld. - Serve
Spoon into a bowl or jar. Use as a dip, spread, or drizzle for fries, burgers, and more.

- For vegan version, use egg-free mayo.
- Sweet pickle juice = sweeter sauce; adjust honey accordingly.
