- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

- 2 lbs frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Brown the Ground Turkey: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add diced onion and cook until soft (3–4 mins). Add ground turkey, season with garlic powder, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned (8–10 mins).
- Mix the Creamy Filling: In a bowl, combine both soups and milk. Stir until smooth. Mix in shredded cheese if using. Add cooked turkey mixture and combine.
- Assemble the Casserole: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour in the mixture and spread evenly. Top with tater tots in neat rows. Sprinkle more cheese if desired.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 55–60 minutes, until bubbling and tots are golden. Tent with foil if browning too quickly. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Cut into squares and serve hot. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
