Description

Creamy, sweet, and customizable, this no-bake cheesecake ball recipe is the perfect bite-sized treat for any occasion—easy to make and impossible to resist!

Base Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (1 package) full-fat cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)

Optional Flavor Add-Ins:

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Coatings & Toppings:

  • Extra graham cracker crumbs

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)

  • Sprinkles

  • Crushed cookies (Oreos, vanilla wafers)

  • Melted chocolate (for dipping or drizzling)


Instructions

  • Mix Base: Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.

  • Flavor (Optional): Fold in any additional flavorings (e.g., peanut butter, lemon zest).

  • Chill Dough: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

  • Shape Balls: Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form 1–1.5 inch balls. Roll between palms until smooth.

  • Coat Balls: Roll each ball in your chosen toppings. For chocolate drizzle, melt chocolate and spoon over each ball.

  • Chill Again (Optional): Refrigerate 20–30 minutes to set coatings.

 

  • Serve: Arrange on a tray or in mini cupcake liners. Enjoy chilled.
